One morning this past week I was Jogging this way <== (going home) And Jody was jogging this way: ==> (leaving for a long one).  I tried to take his photo.  My timing was off, but that's his arm over on the left.

Then we went to Hempfield and saw the end of Hempfield being defeated 28-0.

Harrisburg Half Marathon

Jody an I ran in the Harrisbur Half Marathon today.  We had fun.  For the fist time in like 3 months, it rained!  Here's a link to a few photos.

I have a couple of videos from the end.  Of course I was by  myself, since Jody finished a long time before me.  On the second video you can hear Jody yell "Dad" as I cross the finish line.
