Jody and I ran 14 miles today in preparation for the Harrisburg half marathon next week. Jody has some weird "barefoot shoes" that he wears for running. He subscribes to a theory about natural running, and right now it seems to be working for him.

Mark, Elizabeth and Maya came over tonight. Also, Von came home for a few hours.

Sept 5

Tonight Sharon and I went Ballroom Dancing with the Starlight Club at Green Valley Country Club in Sinking Spring. The Starlight is fun, because it's old people who dance slow, and it's not black-tie. We had a nice date night! This event is worth TWO pictures! I like Sharon's halo in the first one!

Sept 4

This was the first Friday for for High School Football. Annisa and I went to CV and watched cousin Marie's team deliver a whuppin' on our lackluster Hempfield team.

Sept 1 Sunrise While Running
