Today was the kick-off meeting for Isaac's Dream Team! These are employee volunteers from each of our restaurants, who go back in and encourage their coworkers to contribute to the United Way through automatic payroll deductions. It's sort of like modern day tithing.
Isaac's employees are extremely generous and caring. Each year we have tons of stores with 100% employee participation in United Way giving.

Hurrah for Isaacs and for the people behind the United Way giving. I recall my days on the United Way Board - brought in quite a few dollars.
