New York City Valentine Weekend 2010

Here are some more photos of NYC. Sharon and I stayed at the Paramount hotel, around the corner from Times Square (which I discovered, to my surprise, while searching for coffee early Saturday morning).

We were on the 14th floor, where we had some nice views of light on sky scrapers and ubiquitous NYC water tanks.

We watched Von win a Volleyball championship, and then went out to eat with Steve Latimer, who is a civil rights attorney like Sharon. Sorry about the graininess. I pushed the camera to 1600 ASA to try to capture the Volleyball event.

Thanks for sharing. The grainy pictures look cool and for the most part are very sharp. Nice shot of Von's block! I like the coat you were wearing at the restaurant. -paul

You guys, having all that fun and new stuff in NYC. Great set of pix to open our eyes to what your weekend was like - a glimps, but a good one. I am amazed that you got such good low light shots, Alan. dad
