Harrisburg Half Marathon
Jody an I ran in the Harrisbur Half Marathon today. We had fun. For the fist time in like 3 months, it rained! Here's a link to a few photos.

Wow!!! I loved the foot and breath cadence in the run. Lots of good puffing and shoe rythm. Picked up pace at the end. How did you guys do it? Amazing.
