Brussels Sprouts

Looks yummy, Alan! We roasted some for Thanksgiving and added chopped hazelnuts -- added a really nice flavor and crunch. Yours look picture perfectly roasted! Mine often get more charred looking -- you'll have to post whatever tip you have about that! Love, jane
