Yesterday we jogged on the Conewago trail, which is a rails to trails path between Elizabethtown and Hershey.

This running business is going to Sharon's head. During this outing she made the crazy statement "we should get a pull-up bar".

Here I am in my housecoat getting ready for church - seeing you guys running like gazelles on the Conewago Trail. The two of you inspire me heaps. Bless your sinews and clavicals all the other things that love this kind of running. Hooray for Alan and Sharon. And get a pull up bar.
